You won’t wait long for us. We schedule you as quickly as your situation demands
At our meeting, we’ll talk with you to learn about your project and answer all your questions.
We’ll also walk through the indoor and outdoor areas of your home that are involved. We’ll assess the location, layout, size, and structural elements of your home and property, and take the necessary measurements.
We are extremely prompt with personalized, detailed estimates. We often send them within a day of our meeting.
We'll listen to you, and our estimate will reflect that. It will capture everything we discussed with you at our meeting.
We send estimates via email. We also call to ensure you receive it and to go over it, if you like. We understand it’s a big decision.
The products we install are always brand new and guaranteed by the manufacturer. We provide warranty information up front so you’ll know the value and longevity of everything you're getting.

Here is how we conduct all of our HVAC installation and replacement projects:
You can accept our email proposal by typing your signature and clicking a single button. Then we send you a confirmation email that includes a copy of the signed proposal.
We also call you within a business day to request a deposit. When we receive your deposit, we order all the products we need for your project.
When your new products arrive at our shop, we call you to schedule your work. We let you know which team members are coming, and when they'll arrive.
If your project doesn’t require new products, or if we already have them in stock, we’ll schedule your work as soon as we receive your signed proposal and deposit.
At the scheduled day and time, we arrive at your home to start your project. We'll begin by meeting with you to review the project plan, and to answer any last-minute questions you might have.
As our estimate will describe, we do custom work in your home.
Customization is one of our differentiators, and we deliver it on every project, whether it’s for heating, cooling, plumbing, or air quality services.
We do our best to shield your floors, furnishings, and other items in your house from the dust and dirt that HVAC and plumbing projects can generate. We also clean job-related messes at the end of each workday and at the end of the project. We strive to leave no trace (except for beautiful work!).
When we complete your project, we'll conduct a walkthrough with you. At this point we’ll review the work we’ve done, answer your questions, and show you how to use and care for your new or repaired products.
We remain available to you to service and maintain your products throughout their life.
Here’s everything you need to know about how we deliver service and repairs:
We’re fast. Often we can schedule your repair within a few days, and complete the work within a few hours.
If your service call requires a part order, or a more extensive fix, we schedule the follow-on work quickly, too.
This includes an expert technician and the first hour of work.
Each additional hour of work is $135.
We add the price of any parts you need, and provide an itemized invoice.
Other home services companies advertise free or discounted service calls. But these companies usually “discover” a reason to charge you more during the call.
All of them! We're experienced with the variety of furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, air conditioners, water heaters, and other HVAC and plumbing equipment installed across Pittsburgh.
We’ll follow up on our repair work, if necessary, and guide you if you need a different solution. We make solid repairs that last - not “good enough” repairs that suffice until we’re out of your driveway.
We fit our work and our products to you. Not the other way around. So we size your project the right way at the right price.

We price your project according to the custom work we’ll be performing in your home, the time it takes, the number of team members it requires, and the products you're purchasing. We detail all of this in our estimates and invoices.
We welcome your questions about any of our pricing. Feel free to come to us with a quote you’ve received from another HVAC or plumbing company. We can compare estimates with you, explain the approach we are taking, and describe how we arrived at our price.
